The Tackling Hate Lab is a multi-institutional research hub dedicated to understanding and addressing online and offline hostility, targeted aggression, and violent ideological movements. Our work combines social and psychological science methods with large-scale data analysis, machine learning, and advanced counterfactual methods using agent-based modeling, microsimulation, and network analysis. We generate actionable policy assessments and evidence-based solutions.
